What are your office business hours?

Generally the office is open between 9am to 5pm est. Please give us 24-28 hours to respond to some inquiries due to the many entities that we do. There will be after hours appointments made to suit individual needs.

Are we included in the decision making process for the event?

Absolutely, you and your team will be collaboratively working with our team throughout the entire process from start to finish. At the end of the collaborative effort, a contract will be made between us with all of the agreed upon details. This protect both you, your company, and us.

What is the cost involved?

The costs can be two-fold. First, you have a specific budget amount and we make the event work from what your needs and wants are to what we have available. Second, you specify the event and our budget managers come up with various solutions to meet your needs.

What is the event planning duration?

Every event varies on time, needs, wants, other groups involved within the process. All events are individualized to meet your specific needs and will be dependent on many factors. Generally, it is good to contact us early to plan an event well in advance in order to make sure all of the details are completed and accomplished well in advance of your event.
